  HORRIBLE, genuinely horrible, the food was served with hair, the person making the food was rude with an attitude, i understand working alone but this guy had 0 respect and messed up the food, i loved subway but im never coming back after that, whoever worked the 1pm shift on Oct 3rd shouldn’t be working at all, genuinely how was he hired

  Two days ago I went in to order a breakfast sandwich, the Employee told me that the employees the night before did not take anything out of the freezer so we could not have anything with eggs along with other multiple items. This Afternoon on my lunch break I went in and we were told that we could not be helped because he was all alone and on his 30 minute break and he's not allowed to make sandwiches on his 30 minute break so we had to return in 30 minutes. I'm not sure what the deal is at this location but we will obviously never go back it sounds to me like a management problem the employee was super nice and apologetic, this review has no reflection on him but somebody from corporate needs to step in and get someone to manage this place you're losing customers daily

  Horrible. We grabbed sandwiches from here last week. Only 1 guy working who was new or truly didn't care about anything. Regardless of a crappy experience- when about to check out and he was wrapping up the sandwiches- he seriously dropped my autistic 3 year olds sandwich on the ground, picked it up, didn't even acknowledge it and acted like we didn't see- even when we said uhhhh that's not okay. We were literally forced to pay for a floor sandwich. Like what the hell

  They doesn’t know how to properly wrap the sandwich!! Always it’s messy!! And the lady, she hates her job, I don’t why she even working here then! Always short staffed and have breads!
