    When I went there I went to pick up a online order but I was running late so I was expecting it to be ready when I got there but no and I said my order name to two people working there and told me there working on my order 20 min pass by i tell them again how much longer my order was suppose to be ready at 12 but it’s already almost 130 and they said there making it to not worry and 20 min later pass by I’m getting inpatient since I had work later in an hr. And the old lady says what’s the name on my order again and she said there’s no order on the name but they both said they had my order and said she couldn’t do anything without an confirmation but my phone died so I had to go in my car and charge it and come back and the lady was like ohh we never heard of that name it’s unique smh and pulls up the receipt with my order I think someone stole it cause the whole time they were doing online orders and leaving it in the shelve pretty quick. Need better staffing and communication. I understand how it is to work in the food industry but this customer service is not it. I’ll rather go to a different location even tho I live 3 min away.

    This has happened twice now where I walk in and there is no one there to take your order. It takes a few minutes of saying ‘hello’ till they finally show up. Also more than once no cups for water. Will be going to the one on Oswell, much better run.

    Had a great experience at Subway thanks to Angel! Super friendly, fast, and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it. You can tell he really cares about customer service. Definitely one of the best employees I’ve come across. Keep up the great work!

    Originally came in to pick up an online order that wound up not going through due to something on the back end with the subway website. Perfectly fine with me I had no problem paying in person and just taking care of it that way , when I told the worker let's just go ahead and treat me like a walk-in customer he told me that he had to clean the prep table board before he could even go and start making my sandwich which was going to be a 15 minute wait. I put my foot down and said so you're going to make a customer wait that is already here in present just to clean the prep table? He said oh well it was my manager's Direction that we have to do this if we don't have any orders for 10 minutes, I was already in the store waiting because I was trying to see if my online order was going to come across which it didn't and that was within that 15 minutes of already having waiting inside . When I went to ask for the manager to make a complaint about the stupid policy they have to follow he refused to tell me the manager's info and said that at the current moment they do not have a manager present and they just have managers coming from different stores to check up on them. I don't appreciate getting the runaround especially when I'm just trying to get a sandwich. Will be rethinking my decision to come to this particular Subway next time.
