  0 scores Go to Fresno or Los Angeles instead; they're much better than these scumbags. The employees here are extremely rude, disrespectful, and narcissistic. They act like they own the store even though they only work there. You can't even return their brands there. And when you return items to this location, they create excuses about how you used the bag and how it's unclean in order to refuse your return and get you to call the police right away since they also injure individuals.

  The managers here are pretty rude. I had an issue with my points, due to them ringing up my transaction wrong. When I called customer service they said if I went back to the store they could fix it for me. Long story short they gave me the run around, i ended up going back to the store three times only for one of the managers to tell me "it takes a long time for your points to show up" which I know it ain't true because this wasn't my first purchase. I ended up returning my item because I got so upset at their customer service. I will just wait till I can go to a different store where hopefully the employees won't be so rude. I had purchased some sunglasses.
