  Lost a custom guitar from Sweetwater. Driver delivered the package to the wrong location and the guitar was never recorded. They didn't seem to keen on helping either. The manager told me I might as well just start the refund process with the shipper the same day. There is no replacing that guitar though. It was special to me. Money cant replace it.

  If I could id rate this a 0 they do not listen to instructions on delivery I think it’s a tactic to continuously have to sit at home waiting for a package maybe even rage bait I have cameras in my property they didn’t even attempt to com to the door he walked right up and slapped the sticker on the front gate NOT front door where it says to deliver spoke with 2 supervisors who said they’d be re delivering my package and that was not true they called the station and they also lied and told them they’d be redelibeing the package

  Great place to send packages, fast, efficient and convenient. They do need a little more signage with with directions for first time customers.

  I think I would have an easier time finding the fountain of youth before finding a number to talk to someone at the actual facility
