Muy mala experiencia en el mostrador tienen que ser mas humanos y ayudar ala gente para eso estan si no dejen ese trabajo me isieron sentir de lo mas mal solo por querer mandar un sobre en esta oficina

Fedex has the worse customer service. They attempted to deliver a package on Friday while I was at work when I was unaware of a signature required. So I called and requested it to be held at the facility because like most americans I have a job and cant sit at home all day waiting. I went on Monday to get the package from the location they told me but when I arrived they told me the package was already out for delivery but shouldnt arrive until after 12pm. So I waited at home for hours just to find out they attempted to deliver it while I was at fedex attempting to pick it up that morning! They refuse to hold it and cant tell me the correct drop off estimate.
It's amazing. I have never experienced a business that can consistently mess things up more than Fedex. It's almost like they strive to ruin your day. From delivering packages that were meant for me to the wrong address, to forging signatures on "signature required" items and then leaving them at the front door of a different apartment (they take a picture of someone else's doormat), Fedex almost guarantees that your package WILL NOT arrive. Every time I order something online, I cringe inside when they send a Fedex tracking number.
This week's mess-up was misplacing my dog's medicine. It was signed for by a person that does not live in my house, and was not left anywhere near my house either. Another "successful" Fedex delivery, I guess? How the hell are you still in business???!!!
