Mariana, worked with me. She went through multiple obstacles in trying to help me switch to cricket. Mariana, is on it. She, was not holding back. She was truly awesome, I have much gratitude for walking into Cricket yesterday. Mariana, is a go getter, I can see her at the top. Mariana, communicated with me as if we were old friends. Mariana, was super down to earth. Thank you cricket, and Mariana. Take care lady 😎

Victor, who is the manager, NB has very poor customer service skills. It's obvious Victor is quite comfortable speaking to customers in such a disrespectful manner. Avoid a headache and go to another location where customer service is held at a higher more professional standard. Highly recommend 1906 e. California Ave. Ste.k 93307
