  AMAZON RETURNERS STEER CLEAR. The mean little service lady every single time I’ve tried to return a package she ALWAYS says i need a box and label. Listen im not an idiot. I choose the option on amazon that says I don’t need one i can just drop it off otherwise why would i go with no box and no label? I don't understand what her problem is and she never has a smile on her face. Every other place has this understanding with amazon but just their store doesn't??? At first when they opened they would accept returns with no packaging but all of a sudden the girl says you need one so what am I supposed to do buy a $6 box every time I need to return something? She won’t even return items in the bags they came in which Amazon sometimes sends your packages in a bag. No it has to be boxed. This UPS is highly inconvenient I will be taking my business back to Glendora Edit: no excuse me I took a screen shot of the option to do a return without a label and without a box and for your employee to scan the QR code and when I go your employee tells me I need a box! As I stated before I’m not dumb! Why would Amazon give the option attached to your store and then we go we still need a box? I’m well aware of how to do returns. I have never had an issue for any other UPS. If you want I can send you a screenshot where it says NO LABEL NO BOX.

  One of the best UPS stores in the area. The staff are all knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They handle all your shipping needs and all basic printing and copying as well! Ask for Amy or Maria 💪🏆

  Good spot without lots traffics. And they offer mail boxes
