  Need more competent employees. My 4th grader listens better. Asked if I could get 8 pc boneless wings by themselves was told yes asked what flavor and then she asks what my partner wanted he ordered the tenders nothing said about a combo we were discussing if we wanted a fry to share since we were not planning on buying drinks. She was like you want extra fries your meals already come with fries and a drink. I said we didn't order combos. I asked if we can get them seperate and she goes it will cost ALOT more probably. She then just adds boneless wings and a large fry to the 2 combos she already had rung up and goes yeah it would be way more. I said that's only because you didn't take the combos off. She then said that you can't order them by themselves you have to do a combo but I can take the drinks off but it will be the same price...after she had already rung the chicken up by themselves not in a combo. Music was also way to loud to hear properly so may be part of the problem. Get our order and she had rang in part of the order wrong and had to wait for her coworker to fix it. From previous reviews competency at this location has been brought up more then once. Need more training and maybe an older employee crowd.

  Irene provided me with excellent customer service. Food was out on time and super nice. Thank you Irene. I will be coming back to this Wingstop location.

  I just came in to pick up an order I placed and the workers clearly ignored my presence when they seen me. The boy and the girl Worker just ignored me and began talking to each other while still ignoring my presence. When I asked to be helped no one even cared to attend but a female all the way in the back heard me and did end up helping me after the ignorance of the other workers attitude towards me. I come here a lot and would say I am a regular… the older male always has great customer service and never fails to attend anyone’s needs. Please hire better candidates!

  I usually love ordering from this place because they’re quick with my order. Unfortunately over the weekend, I had the worst food poisoning after eating here. The ranch tasted off but I thought I was overthinking it, not sure if it was that or the wings. Went through helllll for 2 days vommiting. Just be careful!
