  I want to share my experience at The UPS Store in Atwater because the customer service was truly outstanding. I came in with my grandmother for an Amazon return and also needed notary service. From the moment we arrived, the owner was very helpful, respectful, and welcoming. We also had a heavy package to pick up, and instead of making us struggle with it, the owner actually came outside to help us carry and handle the package. That was very thoughtful and showed how much he cares about his customers. The best part was when the owner was helping my grandmother with her notary service. My grandmother was having difficulty standing for a long time. The owner noticed this right away and brought a chair for her so she could sit comfortably while he completed the notary service. It may seem like a small thing, but that kind of kindness and attention means a lot, especially when you are helping an elderly family member. I really appreciate the way the owner treats customers like family instead of just another customer. He was patient, professional, kind, and willing to go out of his way to help us. The whole experience was smooth and comfortable. If you need Amazon returns, notary services, shipping, or any other UPS Store services, I highly recommend The UPS Store in Atwater. Great service, great attitude, and most importantly, a caring owner who truly takes care of his customers. Thank you for making our visit so easy and comfortable. We will definitely be coming back!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Truly Wonderful Team! The UPS Store Atwater has an amazing team. The owner is very welcoming, honest, and dedicated to providing the best possible service. The employees are friendly, respectful, and always willing to help. I really appreciate the way they treat their customers—with kindness, patience, and respect. They make every visit easy and comfortable, and you can tell they genuinely care about the people they serve. It’s rare to find a business where the owner and employees work together so well and truly put customers first. Excellent service, friendly people, and a great atmosphere. I highly recommend The UPS Store Atwater! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I stopped by this morning to drop off a couple of boxes, and there was only one employee working. He told me he couldn’t accept my packages because it was a shoebox with a label on it. I responded that it was okay and that I would simply take it to another location across town, where it has always been accepted. At that point, he grabbed my boxes and threw them on the floor. When I asked for a receipt, he refused and told me he was not going to give me one. I don’t understand why he was so rude. I remained polite throughout the interaction, and the only thing I said was that I would take the package elsewhere. This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I will not be returning to this location.

  I came in to ask if they could make me a special certificate for my grandaughter who will be graduating from the 8th grade and Money was the guy who created this beautiful certificate for my granddaughter Money said sure no problem I can do this for you. It looked so professionally done the business owners were so kind and helpful. I will always come here for my business. Love the UPS store in Atwater. The place where they help and care for the community. Thank you so much
