    05/14 @ 8:40pm I had the worst experience anybody can ever experience!! I placed an online order at 8:15pm giving the store a good amount of time to make my order because I only get a break so I’m in a rush that’s the purpose of online ordering right ?!! So I go pick up my order no greeting no nothing the man with a turban was helping other people which I get but red flag no hi welcome in nothing !! So I stand there for a little bit . & still no hi or acknowledgement of my presence I felt discrimination because of my appearance . So I politely ask him hi I’m here for online order & he was already done helping the other people he said ok yes but you wait until im done with them first so I stayed quiet then I said ok but my order is right there it’s ready and it’s paid for so can you just hand it over he had the worst customer experience ever he started yelling saying don’t you see me helping them first so of course I got bothered and I said can you please give me my order I placed online for a reason and I said technically speaking I was a customer first because I placed a head of time why did this man start arguing with me saying no they where here first it was awkward that even the customers waiting to be charged said it’s ok sir I don’t mind waiting so then he gave me my order . & three the cup at me when I tell you that I told him I’m never coming back and I’m actually going to call corporate for this reason he really said I don’t care we don’t want you’re business either way what did he mean but we don’t want YOUR BUSINESS? Is it because I’m gay or what does that even mean ? If his the owner or family of the owners he needs to take a customer serivice class because that’s not how you handle someone online orders should be taken out if you don’t make them priority super upsetting and the bread was super hard the meat tasted werid veggies weren’t fresh he used the gloves to give them money like super gross dude I’m def calling corporate and I want an apology!

    I attempted to buy a sub of the day today. When came time to pay they rang up $11.35 for a 6 inch sweet chicken teriyaki...they don't do 6inch of the day. Ok, but $11 for a 6 inch? I was basically forced to do a meal of the day for $8, even though I didn't want chips and a drink. I would NOT recommend this subway and won't ever come here again!!!

    This was always my family's favorite Subway store in town, but these couple of times we had went... very poor customer service, bitchy attitude. THATS A NO FOR ME!
