  Was at store this morning and the lady who helped me was so nice. Sandwich was good too.

  I highly suggest staying away from this location for sure. Slow service and overpriced for the size and quality of food. Find one of the other chain sub shops in Atwater as they offer a better product for the money. This place raised their prices and now skimp on sandwich toppings. Ordered a foot long wrap, it cones out as a six inch size sub. The guy said it has the same meat as the foot long, which you are right, but not the same amount of toppings that I am paying for. I hope the owner of this particular franchise reminds their staff that Subway was sued for their false advertisement of “footlong”, as this situation definitely fell in to that past lawsuit. You cannot claim to “upgrade to a footlong”, and serve a six inch sandwich. Horrible!!!

  O stars!!!! Rude staff annoyed workers they act like customers are a bother here avoid and to top it very pricey no thank you.

  This was my first time going to this subway. I ordered online as I was working and about to take my lunch. I went inside and was not welcomed at all. I even said hello myself and the lady just started at me. No one said what can I help you with or what would you like. Instead, the girl stared at her coworker in the back cleaning and kept repeating his name while giving me a nasty stare not once saying we will be right with you or even saying hi!!! The boy cleaning stopped and went over to the sandwich making area and didn’t even say anything to me like you should (what can I get started for you) instead he just stared at me waiting for me to say something when I’m not the one who workers there… so I told him all I had was a mobile order and he gave me the order and walked off. No have a nice day or just simple thank you. I work in the food industry so i would get it if they were having a bad day but I have never been treated so unwelcomed like this before and given so many dirty stares. Mind you the employees looked like they were around the same age as me. I’m 18. Not sure what’s wrong with this generation of kids but I sure was not raised to be stuck up and rude when I get paid to serve customers. Will never go back their again.
