The lady here in this picture has the worst customer service in history of service industry. I was so upset with the way she treated me. I ended up asking for a full refund. She called her manager because she said she was not allowed to give refunds she was telling the manager on the phone that she doesn't know why I was wanting a refund. She never mentioned her poor attitude. I told her if she's so unhappy to be here she should not be working here. Then she gave me my order too in a bag that was completely ripped. My sub fell on the floor not one apology not one sympathetic and honestly that's what made me want a refund as well. She had the audacity to tell me she's been working here for 12 years that's 12 years that people have endured and encountered horrible customer service. I will be calling corporate store, owner and everyone down the line for they can be aware of the way this person treats their paying customers.her bame is ROSA.
