  I went there 3 months ago and I had a very poor experience at this UPS Store. I needed to print 2 pages and wasn't sure how to use the self-service, so I politely asked for help. The staff member's attitude changed immediately and they seemed very annoyed that I was asking, even though there were two employees available. They tried to charge me $5-$6 for just 2 pages! I ended up leaving and going to Office Depot in Rosemead, where I only paid 67 cents for 3 pages. The service here is unfriendly and the pricing is a total rip-off. I won't be coming back.

  Really like this location. Very nice and clean. Everyone is kind and curtious. Quick service as well.

  Awesome customer service! I love that it’s open on Sundays when I need to shop stuff after my business trips! Other UPS stores have started charging for re-taping a package or even taping a package from the start. The little shipping pouches are also complimentary. You just have to ask the fella behind the counter. I can’t recall his name, but each Sunday he’s always there and very well dressed. He always welcomes guests with a smile and super helpful!
