  I had a horrible experience with Jacquelyn Alvarez. After letting my eye brows grow back for a year I was looking forward to the end results and left upset, angry and disappointed. My eye brows were not even, one was thinner than the other. When I told her I was not happy, Jacquelyn suggested using the products to fix the problem. I would never use your services again and recommend anyone thinking of using Benefits to think twice and go to a real professional. This appointment was a joke and now I have to start all over with my eyebrows growing back. Extremely unsatisfied client. This is really zero star post.

  Amanda was amazing! I was able to snag a last minute appointment on a Saturday and she was amazing from start to finish. She asked me what type of style I was looking for & asked me questions during the service and when she finished made sure I was satisfied. She also sent me home with some goodies that she knew I needed. Looking forward to my next appointment with her! I was able to relax while getting my eyebrows done which I am very grateful for.

  Found Amanda at the Benefit At Santa Anita! Absolutely love how my brows turned out and loved the brow gel. Def coming back here.
