  Such a rude young lady working 12/17/2025 at 11:45 AM . I did an amazon return - walked up to the desk and mentioned I have an Amazon return and the lady just stared at me and then I asked what did she need from me and she just continued to stare at me very rudely and then she responded with attitude. ‘Do you have a code’ and I said ‘yes here it is,I didn’t know that’s what you were looking for’ and then she continued to say ‘well usually customers know what to do’ , mind you It’s my first time doing a return at a UPS, very rude lady very short and then sarcastically says you ‘have a great day with a high-pitched, sarcastic tone very uncalled for and unprofessional, and I’m just so confused as to why she treated me that way. Just had a glaring stare with no communication- i had to ask what she needed from me to process the return

  You are my favorite ups store in the county. All of the employees are so helpful and quick. They work hard and I truly appreciate how quickly I can get in and out of there. I'm usually there 4 days a week, following a long day at work. I drop off supplements for our patients all over the world. I'm always surprised how fast I'm in and out of there. I also love the option to scan my packages myself and setting them on the counter. Thanks for making my experience so great!

  I am sorry to rate this store with only one star. I have come here tons of times and have had a great experience with the customer service. All of the people who work here are very nice and helpful. The reason why I am rating this one star is because of the changes to their printing fees. Before, all single page print jobs were ~$0.15 for black and white. Now they have changed this so that if you are printing a return label in black and white it is $1. It is still ONE page of black and white printing. This should not cost more just because you want to make more money on it. I now drive to FedEx on 41st St just because of the principle and will not return.
