  They always polite but this time around 11:45am I came in and there was new people one was helping me she was being polite and when I asked a question about a PO Box, another worker helping other costumer, next to me and the worker assisting me, responded my question, We don’t do that here try usps” But very rude manner not polite at all There was someone politely helping me already why did she get involved, in a rude voice manner? Everyone turned to look at me and felt awkward, she was helping her own costumer too so why get involved in her coworker serving me, Why don’t she give a chance to the worker assisting me, answer my question?

  Randomly put a sign on the front "no Amazon returns at this time" wich sucks because all my Amazon returns are assigned to this location. Now I have to drive to another location, cancel all my returns and reprocess all of them assigned to a different location. Ill be canceling my mailbox here and open one at a location that doesn't randomly decide to not accept Amazon returns. I drive an hour each way once a week to take care of everything at one location.
