  If you buy insurance the only way to be covered is if they package the product and on top of that if you ship to a business and they open the package it could not be covered again. How could the shipper in this case me have any control over the business I shipped the product to now im out over 600.00 in damages and missing parts. Yes I used a FedEx box but ups shipped it.

  My favorite UPS store to go to, the staff is always super friendly and helpful. I’m always in with a lot of packages and they will tape the boxes for me which I always appreciate. Also the employees always help me determine the best way to ship stuff.

  How come everytime I had a package that comes here it’s never ready. I show up and they can’t find it. Say that haven’t been able to check in their truck from the day because they are short staffed, busy, and have too much to do. I’ll have to come back later at a different time, even though I am here right now. I waited in the line and now have to come back and do it again. So frustrating. AS WELL, I was called 20 Minutes after this and my package was ready. I just don’t think they cared to help give good customer service at the time. I did not give Nathalie my info. They let me know I could come back at 5pm or the next day. I did receive a phone call shortly after from here stating she had the package that she refused to find while I was standing there. I don’t even know what an access point customer is or WHY my packages get sent to the store instead of my house. also I would not be surprised at a one star review for the service I was given because it was BAD.

  I went to purchase a passport photo and the person was two feet shorter than me needing the photo. So she zoomed in. Due to this my face being too large for the frame the pictures were denied in the passport processing agency. The UPS staff stated that they have never heard of their photos being denied so they refused to provide the refund for almost $18. The passport Department knows better than a clerk at the UPS store. They stated I needed something in writing that the USPS Passport Processing Dept. denied the image. I will never do business with this store or company again.
