  We have not been to Subway in quite some time, as the prices have gone through the roof like everything else. We thought we would give them another try today. I wanted to order a meatball sandwich , until I noticed the meatballs that used to be the size of a golf ball, are now more like the size of a grape. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak and my wife ordered the roast beef . The lady put so little meat on the sandwiches, it was absolutely ridiculous. Not even one layer enough to cover the bread. When I mentioned it to her, she just gave me a snide look and tried to spread it around a little instead of adding any which was absolutely ridiculous. Seems like now that all fast food workers are making almost as much as a school teacher for unskilled labor, $20 an hour or a total of $800 a week for one full-time employee, most of them very unfriendly, that the customer is the one that is paying the price. It is basically like eating a dry tasteless bread and lettuce sandwich. You have to add extra lettuce tomatoes onions or anything else just to make $13.00 lettuce sandwich out of it. People are completely Fed Up and tired of getting ripped off! It's not hard to see why Subway is going down the tubes so fast, and everybody is switching to Jersey Mike's. I think this will be our last trip to subway, Jersey Mike's here we come!

  I out an order online for pick up at 840. My lunch is only 30 min and I arrived at 910. The food wasn't ready and on top of that they gave me a hard time. Like it was my fault that they didn't make the food on time. Worst customer service ever, will never go here again.

  Jasmine got our order done quick and had such a positive attitude even thought we were the last customer of the day …. She’s AMAZING !!!
