  My husband and I went in store to get set up with Cricket. The lady got us set up and had a good experience until I looked at the details of my financed purchase. The lady who set us up lied to us. We were told that because we financed we qualified for some promotional speakers. She said they were free because of the promotion. When I looked at my loan details they were not free. I was expecting about a $500 loan. This ended up being an $800 loan because she charged us for two speakers and didn't tell us the screen protectors were also being charged because she told us those came with the phones.

  This place is really scummy, they'll try and pawn off used or old items on you to try and sucker you. I bought a new phone for my wife and it already had someone else's info on there like someone else had already been using the phone. And then they sold us a crappy phone case for $20 that was for an older model. The girl, Carolina, acted like it was an accident when it reality, it seems like they do that to get rid of old stock. Of course they dont offer refunds so they gave me a crappy charger as an apology. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.
