  I appreciate the staff being friendly and tried to help everyone there but I think they need more training how to respect customer’s privacy. I went there for live scan for new job, and there was another lady asking for live scan. The staff there show my life scan document filled all my personal information including my social security number, my address, my job, to another customer and I was surprised, he should know better if he is working with someone’s personal information. I would give 5 stars if they could keep confidential of customers personal information.

  Management has a nasty attitude, went to drop off a Already printed package that needs to be scanned by an employee and he told me why didn’t I go to self service! Clearly it’s already printed out and I need my receipt to track my package. That man is very hostile and clearly doesn’t value what he does for work.
