  Very disappointing experience. I went in to return an Amazon package, only to find out they wanted to charge me just to tape my box closed. Amazon never mentioned that I would have to pay for tape, so it came as an unpleasant surprise. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. The staff were rude, impatient, and acted like helping customers was a burden. Instead of explaining the policy politely, they were dismissive and unprofessional. I understand businesses have their own policies, but there’s no excuse for treating customers poorly. I’ll be taking my returns elsewhere in the future and would not recommend this location based on my experience

  I usually don’t have a bad experience here but a long line and one person helping isn’t the best especially at 2PM almost everyone in line frustrated.

  I went here needing a notarization to get an apostille from the Secretary of State office. The guy who helped me was polite, however, he repeatedly told me that if I had any issues with the signature to come back and that he could fix it. I needed the document urgently so I went to the Secretary of State office right after. The notarization was rejected at the office because they couldn’t verify the signature. They said the signature did not match that of their records. I called asking to see if it was possible to get a refund but it was not possible, however, they said they were willing to mend the mistake. It was frustrating to have this happen and also the resolution of the problem was poorly handled. I didn’t go back to have the notarization redone as the document was urgent and just went to a different notary.

  No more. Not returning. $3.99 to tape up a box for an Amazon return. I plan on telling everyone, plus I'll pick Kohls for my Amazon returns and spend my money there.
