  Ghost Kitchen Wingstop is so convenient! When you arrive, just scan your email and a locker opens with your food. I totally forgot to snap some pics! Honestly, the ranch and fries are the only reason I go to Wingstop. 🍟🍗 #GhostKitchen #Wingstop #Ranch #Fries

  Ordered online for pick up. I was surprised this is NOT an actual WingStop store but a joint automated pick up location for various eateries, which is fine when things go right. The order kept on getting delayed, and after 22 minutes, a guy shows up and asks what we are waiting for. The bag was just sitting there and never got put into the pick-up locker. The Lakers garlic wings were undercooked! The lemon ones were ok.

  Our order was stolen from a DoorDash driver. Rather than help us get a new order, they lied to the DoorDash support about the situation and refused to remake it even with the evidence that it was stolen. Why go to this Wingstop when there’s so many other wing places near by? The franchisee or corporate needs to step in here and work on customer service training.
