  Had placed an order through Uber Eats. Delivery driver only picked up half my order. Called store after no help from Uber Eats support. Manager, Jose, picked up and was more than helpful. He provided fantastic customer service. Arranged to go to the store to pick up other half of my missing order. Jose made all the food fresh again for me and even provided me with a soda while I briefly waited. The bag that was left behind also came home with me. Jose went well beyond to make a customer happy. Kudos to Jose and his team! Will definitely be back.

  I don’t usually leave reviews, but I really wanted to because Maria was so kind. She was friendly, helpful, and had such a positive attitude. What really stood out was that she treated everyone the same way, not just us. While we were eating, we watched her help every customer who came in with a smile. Great customer service like that is hard to find these days, and she really made our visit a good one. Wingstop is lucky to have her!
