  You are not in good hands…was called a liar when i told them i have proof i paid august and september…staff never fixed the online portion showing past due when it was not…when i first signed up i asked my current policy has windshield replacement i pay 50 dollars for well windshield needs to be replaced have to pay 564 dollars…this office lied from beginning…customer service is crap and you never speak to Todd to try to fix major problems like the one i am having i was told i was a liar i didnt pay my bills (i have statements)…then basically got called stupid that i dont know how the online billing portion works..and the online part never got fixed that i paid now showing past due
