    They are asking $10 of drop off fee, I have no idea what the purpose of their existing 😅

    They will hold your deliveries hostage for the Westin hotel. I had food delivered to my hotel and somehow it ended up here, and they demanded a $10 fee, absolutely not; such a scam.

    Had a lot to print out for a court case. The guys were super helpful, patient, and let me get my paperwork organized which took about an hour. Appreciate it!

    Staff was not helpful - on their phones - didn’t really want to be bothered to help. Packages to be picked up confirmed delivered via tracking to the location but “we don’t have them yet, come back in an hour…” No effort to find them…
