My first time using this subway was a pleasant experience. The interior was clean and inviting. Susy, the helpful person who assisted me, was incredibly kind and attentive. I highly recommend this subway and will definitely be returning.

I came in after a humbling 9-hour shift just trying to grab my usual late night order and unwind. Instead, I dealt with one of the most uncomfortable customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. The employee who was around 5’4, Slightly Curly Hair, Latino and a weak goatee working the counter got my order wrong, and when I calmly tried to clarify it, he kept talking over me instead of listening. Every time I tried to explain what I actually ordered, he interrupted me and acted irritated. It felt like I was being treated as the problem for wanting the sandwich made correctly. What made it worse was the tone. I was made to feel embarrassed over a completely normal order at a place that literally advertises customization. There was no apology, no accountability, and no effort to handle it professionally. Mistakes happen. That’s not the issue. The issue was the attitude, the dismissiveness, and being talked over when I was being calm and respectful. After a long shift, that kind of treatment is unnecessary and unacceptable. I won’t be returning.
Came in after a long day just trying to get a simple order. The employee by the name Raul, messed up the sandwich and immediately caught an attitude when I pointed it out. I wasn’t rude, I just wanted it made the way I asked.
Instead of fixing it normally, he acted annoyed, rushed through it, and made it feel like I was the problem for wanting the correct order. No apology, no effort to make it right, just straight attitude.
Customer service like this kills a place. If you’re tired of dealing with customers, don’t take it out on the ones paying. Management should really pay attention to who they have working the counter here. I won’t be coming back.
The owners are really cheap, they count the olives 1 by 1 when they place it on your bread. I mean c mon, stop being so cheap.
