to get straight into the point, the two women who are always working(one has lighter hair, the other has glasses) have terrible customer service. I live around the area so this is the location I come to and it’s every single time I go. There is constant attitude towards all customers. They talk bad about previous customers/orders with each other while actively making other sandwiches. Regardless of the work place, we all know to act professional especially around customers. if you just can’t deal with it, find another job. I hope this location considers hiring other employees because this is just unbelievable🤦♀️

honestly bad service. As soon as you walk in you don’t get acknowledged. They only seem to acknowledge “the usuals”. We waited about 5 minutes before getting helped. One of the employees was helping out the person in front of us while the other one was just on her phone. I assumed she wasn’t helping us out because she was either on break or going to break. When we finally get helped out I mention we’re using coupons and the employee says my coupons are expired when today is April 8 and they expire May 10th??? I tell her “they are not expired, they expire in may” and she realizes she was wrong so she starts making my sandwich. I ask her if she could put ONE scoop of tuna and she tells me I can’t put one scoop it HAS to be two scoops. I look at her like ??? Since when was that a policy so she looks at her co worker and her co worker says she’s wrong and it could be one scoop. Fast forward we’re paying and she says she’s only accepting this time our coupons because our coupon was tore from the bottom. Our QR code was still shown in the coupon it wasn’t my fault their scanner didn’t work. Overall the lack of service is terrible. They’re very unorganized and not professional. I will not be coming back here.

Giving this subway location a second chance and they failed. The 2 employees working didn't seem like they wanted to be there. One of them almost forgot to wash their hands. And when they made a mistake after clearly saying what I wanted on my sandwich, they rolled their eyes and grunted. And when I tried to speak up, they were just too busy having a conversation with each other. At the end of paying, they just pushed my sandwich towards me. And just walked away, not even saying thank you. Never coming here again.
