My mobile order wasn't ready for pickup as scheduled... fine, things happen. What's not fine is that the associate abandoned my half-made, hot subs sitting on the prep surface to serve a walk-in group of 5 or 6 from scratch, one by one, while my food dried out and went cold. I watched him go back and forth between food prep and the register the entire time... same gloves, no hand wash, touching cash and the register then straight back to making the next sandwich. The walk-in group even got to pick cookies, leaving none for my order, which should have been done before they ever walked in. Only after they were finished did he finish my subs... with the same gloves he'd been handling money with. I cancelled the order. Honestly, that was the right call. What I witnessed was a not just bad service, but a food safety issue and someone should know about it.
