Service is great. They have a walk up printer. The $15 / box charge for pickup seems high but they’ve got the mo Polly since you can’t ship to the hotel

It says it's a FedEx so I sent my package here to pick it up because it's the closest place to the convention center. They charged me extra to pick it up because "the hotel handled it and not FedEx and that's their fee." It says nothing about that anywhere. Don't send things to this FedEx if you need to pick up anything from the convention center.

Got to this location at around 4 pm on a Monday. Waited in a 40 minute line to drop off a package because there was one employee working. Not once did the employee working make an announcement or point out that their last pickup of the day was 4:30 PM. As a result, my overnight shipment was not picked up and was essentially delivered two day shipping at overnight prices. Ridiculous.
