Won't stay again. The only thing this place has going for it is the proximity to Disney. As others note, the walls are paper thin. The rooms need major love & updates. The sheets & bed are super low quality as are the pillows. I had an issue with noise from staff and after reporting it, the noise worsened. After an additional call, the noise stopped. Staff shouldnt retaliate for customers who want sleep at 10 and 11pm. Serious lack of customer service.

I do not recommend staying here.I had several brand new items I had purchase go completely missing .I am not talking oh I misplaced a bad and it’s gone. I had brand new items with tags placed in different locations In travel bags and suitcases that are all gone. Not to mention when parked in the parking lot, we had hot chocolate spilled into our vehicle. And I had called the manager several times trying to get in contact about missing items or investigation what happened And have not gotten a response. do not stay here unless you wanna have your new things randomly disappear

This hotel is newer than some of the other adjacent properties and the breakfast is substantially better than any other hotel I've stayed at. Rooms and beds are older but adequate (adjacent properties are ancient).
The issue I have is with the hot tub. At the time, I saw foam and should have reported it and stayed out, but I soaked for short time. The foam was present both days. In hindsight, I think the hot tub needed to be treated with chemicals and I regret not reporting it. I suggest reporting any concerns and staying out of the hot tub completely if you see foam.

The biggest issue I had was the cleanliness of the rooms. The carpet needs to be deep cleaned or removed. The pictures on their website are doing some very heavy lifting because it’s definitely not as nice looking in real life. As others have mentioned, you can hear everything, even someone just walking outside your room.
The location is great but for the price, I wouldn’t stay here again. Save your money and stay somewhere a little further away.
The hotel has some pros: close to the park, spacious rooms, clean. But the cons are crazy. The walls are paper thin. All the rooms face out to the street so not only are you hearing so much intersection noise but every person walking down the path to the front, rolling their bags, kids screaming, parents yelling- you hear it all like it’s happening in your ear. The lack of sound proof is most evident when the Disney fireworks go off. You will hear them like you’re right there. Understandable when you’re that close but for there to be zero sound proofing in this hotel- that’s crazy. The pipes make tons of noise. If someone flushes a toilet a 20 rooms away you’ll hear it. Random banging on the walls was going while we were there. We did not get a decent night sleep our entire stay which made a full day at Disneyland difficult, The staff was nice, rooms were fine, but I would highly recommend finding a newer hotel even if it’s a bit further away. The pool is so tiny as well. Basically good for 2-3 kids max. Also parking is $20 a night. Absurd!
