Absolutely terrible communication and customer service. On May 21st, I ordered a 15-piece combo but only received 10. I called and spoke to Vanessa, who couldn't do a partial refund but promised she wrote a note for me to claim my 5 missing wings on my next visit.
Today (June 12th), I called to place the exact same order. I explicitly told Jose (who took my order) about the previous mistake, mentioned Vanessa’s note, and asked if I could redeem the 5 wings. He said yes, as long as I brought the receipt.
When I arrived to pick it up, Jose completely changed his tune, saying he didn't know anything about it and that I had to wait 20 minutes for his manager to finish lunch. If he knew he couldn't handle it, he should have talked to his manager before I arrived, not just turned his back on me. I left my number for the manager to call me back an hour ago, and I've heard nothing. Forget the 5 wings—the total lack of order inspection, team communication, and respect for a customer's time is what's truly frustrating. I won't be back.
Update at 4:46pm (06/12/26):
Shortly after my review, Vanessa actually called me back around 4:46 PM to sincerely apologize. I explained to her that my main frustration was how incredibly poorly Jose and the manager on duty handled everything when I went in—offering zero resolution, turning their backs, and expecting me to just sit around and wait. Even though I told Vanessa I wasn't planning on coming back because of that experience, she went above and beyond to make things right. She insisted on still giving me my 5 missing wings, shared her schedule, and said she’d be happy to personally help me whenever I return. Because I truly appreciate Vanessa's individual effort to fix her team's lack of communication, I might give them another chance. Upgrading my rating slightly, solely for her.

The guy on aux was very clearly based and having a good day, Without You by Spooky Black was playing, the vibes were awesome and contagious, highly recommend and enjoy this location.
The best Wingstop experience I've ever had. Cesar V was an excellent person, taking my order, cleaning the table, giving me answers to questions I hadn't even asked yet but was going to. Then the food! The wings were perfectly cooked and crispy, the fries perfectly salted and done. The place itself is very clean, and as mentioned before when I went to sit down it was cleaned on the spot for me. Bravo to everyone working, the chefs, other workers, and a huge, huge shoutout to Cesar V! I will be coming back for sure, and recommend to give them a try if you have a chance.
