  I wish if I can have him 0 star .I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The restroom was extremely dirty, which already gave a bad impression. What made the situation worse was the staff’s behavior. They refused to honor a Subway deal without a clear explanation, and instead of helping, they were laughing and speaking loudly in Spanish in a way that felt disrespectful and unprofessional. It made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as a customer. I also want to point out a serious concern about one of the employees — a guy wearing a hat. His attitude was not just rude, but felt aggressive and uncomfortable. The way he spoke and behaved came across as intimidating, which is completely unacceptable in a customer service environment. No customer should feel uneasy or unsafe while simply trying to order food. This kind of behavior reflects very poorly on the business and needs to be addressed immediately by management. Overall, this was a very poor experience due to lack of cleanliness, rude customer service. I would not recommend this location unless there are serious improvements.

  4 slices of meat on a $12.00 sandwich. They did not accept any coupons or subway offers. The worst subway I have ever been to
