  I love Subway, but have not been able to trust this location for a long time. I still keep trying once in a while hoping they'll learn a basic food handling ethic. Today I tried again, seeing as soon as I walked through the door the young man go from handling cash to handling food without washing his hands or even putting on gloves. I walked out yet again, but decided to tell him why so he didn't think it was racism. I said if I can't trust him to follow basic rules when in front of me, I can only imagine what is going on behind the scenes. I said I really like Subway, but need to be able to trust him to handle my food. He said,"You can leave now sir." I said complaints are a gift in customer service and I would spend a lot of money there if I could trust him to handle my food appropriately. He just kept saying ,"You can leave now sir," over and over. I will never return to this store again under current ownership.

  The food was typical for a Subway, no real complaints there;however, the man working was absolutely rude. We just finished visiting the town for a youth baseball game and I had three kids with me and while he was a little difficult for the kids to understand with his accent, I was relaying his statements to the kids. He then said "could you hurry up, I'm the only one working." The small group that had just come in behind me were from our same team and the location was not busy, so there was no need for his statement in any scenario. I've never been rushed and met someone that rude while trying to simply order sandwiches and it was unnecessary.

  The worker was annoyed by my husband's pacing and asked him to stay still. We came in late so I'm sure he was just frustrated. Still, unprofessional and left a bad taste in my mouth for the place.

  Stopped in for a bite to eat on our way home. The sandwich was filled with large amounts of meat and veggies. One of the very few places that has a veggie patty so I was super happy!
