    I went before 1:00 pm in the afternoon to return a package back to the sender. Chloe assisted me with the package, and patiently she attended me for the whole time. It was busy during the time I was there. I give the ups store a good review because they all go out of the way and the hard work cos attending the customer keep it up with the nice attitude and excellent customer service.

    The owner hires amazing workers! I know when I walk in, that I will be greeted warmly and my needs will be met promptly and with kindness. Lorenzo assisted me today. I introduced myself because we hadn't met previously, and we had a nice exchange and shared a quick laugh. I KNOW when I walk into this UPS store that it will be a positive experience.
