  I usually don’t leave reviews, but this time I feel like I have to. Ever since the new owner took over, the experience just hasn’t been the same. On top of that, the prices have gone up so much. Paying $3 for a single page is honestly ridiculous. The girls who work there are still very friendly, and I’ve known them since the store first opened last year, which is the only positive part. But overall, the new ownership has really made the place worse for me, and because of that I probably won’t be coming back…

  Came in to ship a package and Karina helped me today. She was really friendly and made everything quick and easy. I had a couple questions about the shipping options and she explained it without making me feel rushed. Super good customer service especially for how busy the store was

  Best ups store! Girls are so friendly and helpful, Karina is very polite and went above and beyond with my Amazon returns! Just scan the QR code and you good to go!
