  This is my neighborhood UPS store. They are always so friendly and available to help! I always seem to get something wrong with my Amazon returns : / and they are always patient with me and helpful in the process! Highly recommend.

  I had great service here today. Ellen went above and beyond to accommodate my last minute printing needs. I will be a forever customer at this ups store.

  AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Go to Postal Annex down the street. Absolute worst UPS Store. I have my private mailbox with the one in Lake Forest and they are great. And I use UPS Stores for most of my shipping/printing needs and have never had an issue. Had to do a last minute Livescan appointment for coaching my daughters AYSO team and this was the one with available time slots. The manager, Ellen was a complete joke and deserves to be demoted at the very least. The guy helping me was very nice and told Ellen that I was using a passport. She refused to come over and speak to me directly but instead made the guy walk five steps to where she was standing and keep asking questions, playing middle man for the 45 minutes i was there. Ellen told him that because I was using a passport, I would need to make another appointment and then show another valid form of identification like a utility bill. I told him it was charging me again and asked if I would be refunded for the old one, he walked over to Ellen and came back saying they couldnt give me a refund. Not a big deal since it was paid to 3rd party. I paid again, sent in my utility bill and she said she needs a 3rd verifying document like vehicle registration, mortgage statement, etc. I explained to him that I just moved yesterday which is why I am doing this late AYSO registration. She told him I have to provide a 3rd document with a matching address. I explained I only have utility bills since I literally just moved in to my new address and I gave him the signed lease agreement showing move in date of yesterday. He took it over to her and she told him that's not acceptable. Tired of this back and forth, I just talked over him to Ellen standing a few feet away with her back to me. I explained that I have already done 5 Livescan appointments at UPS stores in 2026 since they are required for multiple states I am federally licensed in and that I have never had an issue using my passport, let alone, been asked for 3 different forms of ID. She turned around, did not even look at me, and told the guy that this is just how this store does it. I showed her the Livescan form that says i am required to have a valid government ID. Nothing on there states that a 2nd and 3rd form of ID would be needed/required. I accept the fact that different stores have different policies. I don't accept the fact that she had me pay again with my passport and utility bill on file, knowing I just moved and was going to ask for a 3rd item I wouldnt have. I also am appalled that she didn’t have the decency to turn around and talk to me but instead made this guy get up and walk a few feet to relay the message she could most definitely hear as no one else was in the store for the majority of this interaction. I went online, paid for a 3rd appointment at Postal Annex, drove 5 minutes down the street to their location, handed him my passport, and was done within 5 minutes. This place is ridiculous and Ellen should not be managing anywhere, especially not customer service jobs.

  I went there to print four pages, and somehow she wanted to charge me the computer fee four times because she had to double-click four separate files. That has to be one of the most ridiculous and unreasonable fees.
