  This employee was extremely RUDE it ruined my appetite. I walked in and politely asked for the key to the restroom. She didn't say one word to me, rolled her eyes and walked my daughter and I to the restroom. I still said thank you as she opened the door for us and she gave me the exact same reaction.I don't know this girl from anywhere so I'm not sure what her problem was. My husband still ordered food from here. If anyone comes across this girl be careful she's grouchy. Hoping management see's this and she gets disciplined. She said her name is Nayeli, she likely lied for all I know. No one was wearing name tag. I should add the restaurant was completely empty when we walked in so it's not like we were causing an inconvenience for any in-person customer orders. I did hear her deny another woman (customer) access to the restroom after my daughter and I used it.

  My review is based on the services I received today. Me and a few co-workers wanted to have lunche at this location because it was closed to the job site that we are working at. You can't go wrong with Wing Stop, one of the best chicken wings ever! 1) the staff was awesome, very friendly and took our order right 2) This restaurant was spotless, super clean. 3) The service we received was great, manager came out a few times asknif we needed anything, that is what I call customer services. Let's not forget the cooks, you guys are the ROCK here, you guys are great, quick and fast for making our lunch fresh. Thank you Wing Stop, see you again soon! Harry Irvine

  Really nice experience. A BIG HUGE shoutout to William the manager who was VERY kind and helpful. He is very professional and respectful. Thank you Wingstop of Alhambra! We appreciate you guys!

  Placed an online order and my husband picked it up. He clearly gave his name and even asked if it was the right order the employee said yes. We got home 15 minutes later and realized it wasn’t even our order. Do you not check names before handing out orders? Really frustrating and a waste of time! If you can’t even read the name on an order, you shouldn’t be working at the front!
