    ¡Excelente servicio! Le doy 5 estrellas principalmente por la atención de Yanira. Es una empleada súper simpática y eficiente; se aseguró de que mi orden estuviera perfecta en todo momento. Es difícil encontrar una atención tan amable y dedicada hoy en día, ¡da gusto venir a un lugar donde te reciben con esa energía!

    He venido a este lugar varias Veses y no he tenido ninguna mala experiencia. la empleada Yanira fue muy pasiente y amable. tiene la tienda muy limpia y todo en orden,siempre me recibe con una sonrisa, definitivamente volvere.

    This Subway location really stands out. The bread and ingredients taste noticeably fresher than usual, and it makes a big difference, the sandwiches here are definitely better than at most other spots!

    I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience wasn’t okay. I placed a mobile order and arrived before it was even being prepared. When I tried to clarify something about my order, the employee making it (Yanira) responded with a very negative attitude. I simply asked her to make sure the extra item wasn’t added to the wrong sandwich, and instead of acknowledging it, she gave me attitude. When I addressed it, she claimed I had an attitude from the moment I walked in, which wasn’t true—I just wanted my order to be correct. Customer service should always include basic respect, especially when dealing with simple requests. Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience.
