    If I could ZERO stars then I would. The lady working of Saturday, May 16th at around 745pm at this location left us stranded the front completely unattended for several minutes. She was the rudest woman I have encountered in a very long time.

    Been going there for years. The other day will be the last time. The heavyset woman working there has the personality of a brick and 1/2 star worth of customer service ability. Lettuce had brown clumps and I asked if they had any fresher lettuce. She rudely said "No." Didn't offer to check, wasn't apologetic, just 'take it or leave it' kind of attitude. I typically buy 5-6 sandwiches at a time so it wasn't like I was just in there for a bag of chips or a cookie and free water. SMH.

    Rude I just ordered thru the app and the lady said nothing here for you. She did not even look at my order confirmation on the phone .she just nodes her head and says no nothing here for you. I paid in advance and left with nothing. So disappointed and this is the second time it's happened to me at this location. The Fremont location was much better.

    I noticed that recently, the staff was not working for the online ordered until I walk in and asked for checkin, like I wait for around 30 minutes after ordered online, walk in and the staff just starting to working on it while the place didnt busy.
