  Wouldn't take my order because the clock read the wrong number to understand English I guess. Therefore, my service, food and atmosphere are all 1 star because I couldn't experience any of them.

  Great wings, but costs for these wings have sky-rocketed. Almost $50 for a 2 person dinner meal.

  Pésimo servicio en Wingstop Alameda. Llegué exactamente al tiempo máximo que ellos mismos me dieron para recoger mi orden. Hice fila por 5 minutos y me dijeron que no estaba lista. Esperé 10 minutos más y cuando volví a preguntar resulta que ni siquiera la habían empezado a preparar y todavía querían que esperara 17 minutos más. Cero organización y cero respeto por el tiempo del cliente. Si no pueden cumplir con los tiempos que prometen, no deberían aceptar pedidos. Muy mala experiencia. Terrible service at Wingstop Alameda. I arrived exactly at the maximum pickup time they gave me. I waited in line for 5 minutes and was told my order wasn’t ready. After waiting 10 more minutes, they told me they hadn’t even started making it and wanted me to wait another 17 minutes. Very disorganized and no respect for customers’ time. If you can’t meet your own promised times, don’t accept orders. Very bad experience.
