  Their was two girls there i needed to ship out something had my own package and they just printed the shipping label charged me $6 dollars and then said we can’t ship this get to USPS . Doesn’t make sense at all wasted my time and my money for what?!

  I had a great experience at The UPS Store in Marina Village! Rosemary was incredibly kind, honest, and helpful throughout the whole process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood my options instead of trying to sell me something I didn’t need. I really appreciated her honesty and how friendly and professional she was. It’s hard to find customer service like this nowadays. Thank you, Rosemary, for making my visit so easy and pleasant! I’ll definitely be coming back to this location.

  After speaking with Ruben the district manager he advised he could not reimburse me for my fingerprinting live scan of $98 and gave me a government email to ask for refund. This is a business to business transaction on their end my receipt is with ups he should have taken responsibility and deal with the government. As I explained the situation he advised they did nothing wrong so why should they be out the $98. I guess i paid for services that was never completed (Theft of services). I guess ups a multi billion dollar company rather keep $ 98 than reimbursing the customer/victim of theft of services. I would not recommend nobody do a live scan especially at this store or UPS if your looking to have something like this happen. There was no empathy from Ruben and as a district manager I believe you have discretion. People want discretion from Police, Teachers but when some people get in position of power they forget about that.

  I needed help to locate a package from a hotel. Kevin was so gracious to find the UPS store so I could contact them. I got my package thanks to Kevin!
