  I love going to this place. Customer service is very good. Laila is always happy and pleasant and quick. I always hope I get her when I’m in line. Highly recommend this store!

  Our UPS Store is great! The crew there is professional, kind, and caring. Kevin has gone over and above taking care of any concerns we’ve expressed. We’ve had a box there over 10 years and throughout that time the UPS service has been unfailingly reliable.

  Rosemary and Li were very helpful as we tried to open a mailbox. The store was very, very busy but they were kind to everyone in line and we got our task completed in a timely manner.

  I forgot I had 2 scan codes for the returns I made. Kevin at the store fixed my problem without me having to go back to the store to fix my mistake. Thank you so much Kevin made my day

  We went to the UPS store at Marina Village in Alameda today. We had a large shipment that took time and 3 boxes. Kevin was working by himself (Sunday), and greeted us politely and professionally. In the meantime, people came in for a Notary and a fax. There were also 10-12 people who entered and got in line. Not once did Kevin look stressed. He just calmly took care of each one with a calm and kind demeanor. We had told him since we had a big shipment we would wait if others came in for shipping and returns as we were not in a hurry. So we watched as Kevin processed each customer. He was a rock star! We will come back to this location again because of his exceptional service.
