  One star. I went in to pick up a package that was being held for me, with my government-issued photo ID in hand. The name on my ID matched the name on the package exactly. The staff still refused to release it because the address on my ID hasn’t been updated to my new address yet. Anybody who has moved recently knows an ID takes weeks to update. Meanwhile my package sits in a warehouse. Nobody offered an alternative — no secondary document, no tracking confirmation, no delivery notice, nothing that could have solved this in two minutes. Just a flat no and a wasted trip. If the policy really is this rigid, FedEx should say so clearly in the pickup notice so customers don’t drive across town for nothing. Either way, matching name plus valid photo ID should be enough to hand someone their own package.

  The employee, Kyra, is very difficult to deal with; she seems unwilling to work and only makes things complicated. I go to this branch because it is the closest to my home, but she always displays the same attitude and speaks in a very unpleasant tone.

  Awful service. Refused to accept a (free prepackaged) return with a QR code unless I paid $12 plus tax for a single box. Avoid FedEx. UPS is very close and much more helpful.

  so I finally checked this place out after putting it off for way too long. woke up early for once and honestly it was totally worth dragging myself out of bed. the guy working helped me figure out a weird paper size I needed which I definately botched explaining but he didnt even blink. waited maybe 5 minutes for a simple print job and I was back on my way. it felt chill in there not too busy and the coffee shop next door is a nice bonus if u need a pick me up. yeah I'm already planning tommorrow for another thing i need to get done.

  Unprofessional worker that helps me on Sunday on July 5th, 2026 print out my receipt at 5:07. She’s black when ever I said thank you she don’t say you’re welcome and she have little attitude in the beginning about that’s all you need to ship?…They should have name on the receipt to show who helping you some other company let you know… This place don’t care about the customers better to go somewhere else for your peace of mind…
