  Terrible customer service by Mark!!! Never seen him there before. He overcharged me for a single print on a regular paper which he also got the dimensions wrong and my picture didn’t fit in the frame. He never gave my receipt. He lied about the email I sent so he didn’t have to look for it. Extremely rude, lazy, argumentative, disrespectful and dysfunctional. He seemed high too. Not sure how he got a job there??and how a manager can hire people like that? Do they do background checks before hire? I’m disappointed to say the Manager of the store, as much as she was always helpful in the past & we liked her is not effective and strong enough to handle complaints. She tried to turn things around and used manipulation tactics for the situation when I made my complaint & requested a refund on an overpriced incorrect print from Mark. This clearly shows she did not want to take any serious action-responsibility or address any issues to make him accountable for his unethical & poor job performance. Sadly, we will be pulling our years of business out of this location.

  I’m all for automation, but there’s a time and place for it. If I walk into your location holding an awkwardly sized package, sending me to a self-service kiosk that clearly can’t accommodate it isn’t helpful. Especially when staff are available and not assisting anyone else, a little customer service goes a long way. Technology should enhance the experience - not replace basic common sense.

  I just went to this fedex location after the worlds worst experience at staples in Woodland hills. Marcy was behind the print desk and was so kind, she helped me so professionally and printed everything I needed. I recommend this location due to staff like Marcy, I want management to know as a customer I will be back due to her pleasant demeanor and chose to spend more because of her helpfulness, I ended up getting more printed. Thank you!
