Received a cold call from Jake Gutierrez, or rather my 2 year old did. I’m sure all he heard was bluey in the background but either way never spoke with him myself initially. After I got my phone back from my daughter I had received an insulting voicemail from Jake as seen in the attached photo. I then called Jake back as to inquire about this voicemail. Jake identified himself as Jake Gutierrez but refused his affiliate company. I asked further about who he was and he stated I already told you that I’m Jake. When pressed further he claimed he was “Jake from State Farm” at this point the “maturity” in question was clearly on his behalf.
Not sure if anything was said to my daughter while she was on the phone but with this level of immaturity and unprofessionalism it does worry me.
Either way I clearly will not be doing business with Allstate especially this branch and hopefully they rethink their representation in the future.

We’ve found Allstate, in general, to be unresponsive during moments when support is most needed. In the middle of an accident—or the aftermath—getting help should not add to the stress, yet it’s nearly impossible to get a live person. The experience becomes a frustrating loop of being directed back to the app over and over again. Unfortunately, this has become something I almost expect from large companies.
What truly drove this low rating, however, is the experience with David Rosales and his office.
It is virtually impossible to reach anyone by phone—ever. Emails either go unanswered or receive responses that lack even a basic level of empathy or partnership. Despite multiple requests, David himself never once got involved or reached out.
This office feels like nothing more than a pass-through between the customer and Allstate when it comes time to pay a policy. As for added value, service, or advocacy on behalf of the customer—there was none. There also seemed to be little interest in providing any.
