  Great group of people with fast service and food made exactly the way Subway intended. The new nachos are awesome too.

  I recently moved here from Arizona where my family ate Subway twice a week for like 1.5 years. I always order the chicken bacon ranch sub or wrap with grilled chicken instead of rotisserie for my son and husband. So I went to our local Subway on 395 and Palmdale, this location. I asked for our usual chicken bacon ranch sub with grilled chicken and was told that I would be charged extra for bacon. I said "You're charging me extra for bacon on my chicken BACON ranch sub?" And she said "yeah because you're ordering chicken strips instead of rotisserie" which makes ZERO sense but I was in a hurry, and there was a line, and didn't want to argue. After checking my receipt, she charged me for a "grilled chicken sub" and then charged me $2.50 for bacon and extra bacon (which I didn't ask for EXTRA/DOUBLE) on one sandwich and charged me for bacon on each of the other two along with $1.80 for extra chicken on one sandwich. I definitely think something is fishy going on with charging for the wrong sandwiches and then up-charging people for items that should already be included in what was asked for. They were also skimpy and sloppy on toppings and how they made it. I won't be returning to this location again. I will be using the one inside Walmart across the street from now on.
