  I waited 15 mins as my food was sitting in the ready area had 5 customer walk in after and they are getting handed their food as I sit then I get home and they gave me the wrong sandwich ridiculous I go here weekly but not anymore.

  I ordered 5 bone in and 5 bone out wings all in habenero sauce. I got home to eat dinner with my girlfriend and found all 10 bone out, 5 in habenero and 5 in bbq sauce. There were only two customers in the facility and I was one of them. There were a total five employees and they still managed to mess up this very simple order. I went back and asked to speak to the MOD. The only female worker said let me go get him. He never once came to the front to speak to me. I told that female worker that having to come back is ridiculous, especially with gas prices. She completely understood by saying she drives to work from Somerton to the Foothills at this location only for a few hours of work. To the owner of this franchise, please FIRE this particular manager and give the position to that ONLY female worker on 7/3/26 at 514pm. She of course was the only to apologize and she wasnt even the one whom put the order together. She took my bag and stated she will have this corrected and toss in a couple of extras for the problem. Thank you for that, this is the only reason why I'm giving a 3 star on customer service.

  Hands down.... Worst location... Food was LITERALLY nasty... and frys felt like they came out of the fridge. With the attitude i got at the counter... Its the one and only time

  food was good. when i went it was empty, the employees were chit chatting in the kitchen and when i said hello the girl who helped me had an unfriendly tone and demeanor, didn’t even say hi back just asked what was needed. there’s always people who want to work, yet they decide to hire people like this.
