  There are some nice employees, but they also have some employees who really don’t care about customer service. Last week went in and was waiting patiently for my turn and the young lady said that I could use the kiosk for my return. So I went to the kiosk and was a bit lost on using it, but then I saw that a thin young man (with a beard) had finished and was free. So I decided to go over to him and said oh you can help now that you’re free right? He seemed very bothered by it all and blurted “you need to go cancel the kiosk first before I can help you” he was pretty bothered. So I went to the kiosk and I couldn’t figure out how to cancel it, and told the young man that there was no cancel button that I could see. And he just kept saying it’s there. This went on for a couple of minutes, me trying to figure it out with NO help from this employee. He just stood behind his counter and rolled his eyes. He finally said come here now. He was so upset and even made sure to tell me that “I’ve been working here for a long time so I know that cancel button is there”! So I told him I’m sorry for bothering you and he just walked away angry!! The only reason why I come to this place is because I live in Wellton and it’s closer for me, but otherwise this employees rudeness was really uncalled for!! Maybe he needs to get a lesson in customer service.

  I have used this UPS store many times. Normally I would have given 4 stars but today I got a really bad experience. Zadrack was the person who helped me. He was rude, disinterested, condescending and disrespectful. When he told me how much the boxes (2) cost I said “ is that the prices for both boxes?” And he said yes. So when the price came up times 2 I said, “I thought you said it was that cost for both.” He said, “So do you want to send them?” And he started to take the tags off. I said, “ just wait i need to call the receiver see if hes ok with that price.” He rolled his eyes as if i was wasting his time. ( By the way no one was in line) so to end this the receiver said go and when I went to use my card he said” push the button,” what button? The one with the arrow!! There was more than one with an arrow, he became very impatient and more rude, “THE BUTTON ON THE TOP WITH THE ARROW!!” There are 2… so i put my finger on one , looked at him and waited for a yes… he sighed loudly and said yes. If i go back i WILL NOT go to that horrible employee!

  I went to this UPS right when they opened and Analese kindly and efficiently notarized and prepared my document for shipping. $10 for notarization, $1 for a manila envelope and $5 for a rigid cardboard envelope for my peace of mind. So easy for me! Thanks, Analese.

  3 stars? 2 reasons: as a business owner myself, I have realized that customers sincerely appreciate the small things we do even if the cost is minimumal. Granted, discretion is key on our generosity. The UPS associates do not have the freedom to use such discretion, even if it's a one time courtesy to use a 3 inch piece of tape for a repeat customer. This shows that management is more concerned about the pennies than providing true customer service and appreciation. Secondly, the customer customer service response was extremely poor. No apology for the inconvenience of having to pay for a full roll of tape to use a 3 inch piece to seal the package. It didn't seem to matter that I am a repeat customer that always have their packages properly prepared for shipping except for this once I had forgotten to tape a self securing package. In addition, I offered to leave the now purchased roll of tape on the counter for others to use as a courtesy and was told that they don't allow that. It's sad really, profit over customers. No veteran discounts and no taping...
