Worst UPS store I've ever visited. Had an Amazon return that said no box or label needed. Janet said she would charge me $3 for her to tape the box when no box was needed.

customer service is terrible. The front desk ladies were rude, annoyed, and acted like helping customers was a burden. Their tone was completely unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Rudest people EVER. This is the second time we have visited this store and the experience was the same. The counter people are rude like they are not getting paid. This was the last time we visit this store. They don’t even deserve a 1 star, but I cant go lower.
