  They messed up my order by adding chipotle sauce when my girlfriend can't have spicy and I asked for ranch, then told me 'we can't fix it because we're busy' which is not how it works. Terrible employees

  I really like that they have a special everyday of the week, but really dislike that it seems like everyday their soup of the day is always chicken noodle. I even call to every couple days to see if it's different, but it's always the same. And also the customer service has really declined here they use to be so friendly.
