  I went on Thursday to add a new line to my account this would make the 5th line on my account. (I’ve been with cricket over 10 years) I did take my own phone to have activated (a cricket phone). The clerk recommended I get a new phone since it would be free of cost I’m like great! She didn’t ask no question when adding the line in my head why would she’s just adding to my plan that I have. When it was time to pay it was about $150. I did ask why so high $25 for activation and $25 for the cost of the plan right. Well she gave me a discount total came to $120 still seemed high, but at this point I’m like whatever I just paid. When I looked at my receipt it had total different plan from what my other 4 lines are on and I told her. She said it was because their prices went up blah blah…and said I could change the plan on my app. So I went to my car looked on my app and my balance is $205!!!! Damn! I went back inside and told her something is wrong here there no way my could be that high! Again she said because the new charges haven’t updated and soon it will change! Monday my balance still at $205!!!! I went to a different location and the clerk said she had that line on its own plan!!! And the they couldn’t do anything about. I did call your store and told whoever answered the phone the situation and said they could do nothing and I had to call customer service! When it was their mistake it should’ve been fixed there!! Not to mentioned she put the plan on the highest plan didn’t ask or anything just ASSUMED! If she would’ve asked I would realized what she was doing and would’ve corrected then. I shouldn’t have to be calling customer service when it wasn’t my fault!! Never again will I return to this store!
