  To Management: This specific store clearly says it opens at 9am on the website. I showed up 05/15/2026 at 9:06am and it was not open. Both doors were locked and lights were off. I went next door to subway and waited. 9:21am I checked doors again and still was not open. Again I waited next door at subway for another few minutes. It was 9:47am and this store still was not open. I have been a loyal customer of Cricket for nearly 20 years. This is a huge disappointment. Management needs to be there to open those doors if no other employees can't show up on time. Otherwise update your website to change the times. This is ridiculous and not everyone is on your time schedule. If it says it opens at 9am then for godsake be open at 9am.

  March 24, 2026 at around noon, I came in and exploded at the poor woman behind the counter because I had been on hold with cricket for an hour and they just kept making me repeat myself even though they KNEW I was bleeding from oral surgery! This woman behind the counter deserves a medal 🏅 she was able to reactivate my phone without charging me in ten minutes and sent me on my way. I’m in too much pain to talk, but I hope she knows how grateful I am for her humanity and kindness. I’m so sorry I was raging and in pain, you don’t deserve that.
